Elisa is the co-founder of Optionality, a community reimagining how we work in a world where the future of work is already here. She also was the founding COO of BlogHer, where she helped grow a grassroots movement into a national women’s media brand, raising venture capital and achieving a successful acquisition in 2014—placing her among a rare cohort of women-led founding teams. Since then, Elisa has held C-level roles at early-stage startups, advised nonprofits and media organizations, and built a sought-after speaking and writing practice. A frequent keynote speaker and media contributor, she also hosted The Op-Ed Page podcast, co-authored Road Map for Revolutionaries, and is a longtime advocate for inclusive leadership at the intersection of content, community, and commerce.
