Prior to the Ad Council, Lisa held senior leadership roles across major media organizations, including Viacom, where she helped launch groundbreaking platforms such as LogoTV—one of the first LGBTQ-focused networks. She also founded the Women’s Sports Network, championing representation and visibility in sports media.
