Liz is an educator, social impact leader, and founder of Chicago Beyond, a nonprofit advancing equity, youth development, and systems change. As principal of Fenger High School in Chicago, she transformed student outcomes through restorative justice and trauma-informed education, dramatically improving graduation rates and reducing violence. Today, she leads initiatives that address education, community development, health, and racial equity while helping reshape philanthropy through trust-based, community-led approaches. A nationally recognised speaker, Dozier has shared her work at TEDx, SXSW, Harvard, the Aspen Ideas Festival, and the Obama Foundation, inspiring leaders to drive meaningful and lasting social change.
