Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker, executive coach, author, and relationship expert dedicated to helping individuals and couples build healthier, more fulfilling lives. With degrees from Duke University and New York University, along with advanced training in family therapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, the Gottman Method, and trauma resilience, Brokaw combines evidence-based clinical practice with executive coaching to support personal growth, resilience, and stronger relationships. Her experience includes counseling children, families, couples, and individuals affected by the 9/11 attacks. She is also the author of Fortytude, founder of the Wise Women of LA discussion series, and host of the Shared Secrets podcast, where she explores the insights and life lessons that empower people to thrive personally and professionally.
