Tim is a celebrated Texas chef, restaurateur, and television personality renowned for his bold urban Western cuisine. He is the chef-owner of Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, Woodshed Smokehouse, Queenie’s Steakhouse, Love Shack, and the historic White Elephant Saloon. A frequent guest at major food festivals, including the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Love also co-founded the Austin Food & Wine Festival. He has hosted CNBC’s Restaurant Startup, appeared on the TODAY Show and Good Morning America, and been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, and Bon Appétit.
