Alexandra Trower

Alexandra is Executive Vice President, Global Communications at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she oversees corporate, social, crisis, philanthropic, and Lauder family communications as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to Executive Chairman William P. Lauder. With more than 25 years of experience spanning corporate, financial, M&A, consumer, and crisis communications, she previously held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and Invesco. A founding executive sponsor of Estée Lauder’s LGBTQA employee resource group, Ms. Trower is also deeply committed to advancing women and girls, serving in leadership and board roles with the International Women’s Media Foundation, Hollins University, and The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation. She lives in New York City.
