Amanda is the CEO and co-founder of CatalystCreativ, an award-winning creative marketing firm she launched with Tony Hsieh that has worked with Fortune 100 companies, startups, and nonprofits including Coke, NPR, Dell, and The Nature Conservancy. Drawing on her background in education from UConn, where she developed the “seventh level” engagement methodology, Amanda applies a research-driven approach to brand development, experiential, and digital marketing to maximize internal and external engagement. Prior to CatalystCreativ, she built the Events and Marketing department at Paige Hospitality Group, leading campaigns for brands such as Harley Davidson, LVMH, and Fiji, while producing nonprofit initiatives like Charity Connector. She is also an active angel investor, advisor, and former content producer for TEDx Big Apple and Summit. As a serial founder, her most recent project Frequency, is a customer activation API that turns passive analytics into real-time action. She also currently hosts popular podcast, FromTheCulture, alongside fellow genconnectU expert, Dr. Marcus Collins.
