Amanda is a marketing strategist, app entrepreneur, startup advisor, and technology advocate dedicated to helping founders build impactful brands and scalable businesses. Through her consultancy, Spann & Company, Amanda develops startup resources, branding strategies, and entrepreneurial programmes designed to support innovation, business growth, and digital transformation. She is widely recognised for her work empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs and advancing diversity within the technology and startup ecosystem.
Amanda previously co-founded Tiphub, an impact-driven community supporting entrepreneurs across Africa and the African diaspora, and served as CMO of Blerdology, a pioneering tech social enterprise focused on engaging and supporting the Black technology community. Her work has helped inspire minority participation in technology, entrepreneurship, and app development through hackathons, education, and innovation initiatives. Recognised by publications including Business Insider, BET, and Black Enterprise, Amanda continues to be a leading voice in entrepreneurship, branding, innovation, and inclusive technology leadership.
