Dr. Kathleen Allen is a leadership scholar, author, and organizational development consultant with over 40 years of experience guiding leaders and institutions through sustainable change. She is the author of Leading from the Roots: Nature Inspired Leadership Lessons for Today’s World and co-author of Systemic Leadership: Enriching the Meaning of Our Work, and has contributed to leading works on modern and environmental leadership. Dr. Allen has consulted for major foundations including the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and McKnight Foundation, served as a Senior Fellow at the University of Maryland, and holds a Doctorate in Leadership from the University of San Diego.
