A trained culinary expert and graduate of McGill University and the Institute of Culinary Education, she has built a distinguished career spanning food journalism, television, and publishing. Gail has served as Special Projects Director at Food & Wine magazine and hosted programs including Top Chef: Just Desserts, Top Chef Amateurs, and Iron Chef Canada. Author of Talking With My Mouth Full and Bringing It Home, she is a respected voice on food, cooking, restaurants, and culinary culture.
