Drawing on his own recovery journey, Monroe has dedicated his career to transforming adolescent behavioral healthcare through personalized, family-centered, and holistic treatment. He is also the executive producer of the documentary Behind the Orange Curtain, which examines the prescription drug epidemic among teens, and is a frequent national media contributor on youth mental health and addiction.
