Loretta is the founder of The Menopause Hub, created to empower women to understand and manage menopause with confidence, at home and at work. A former Marketer of the Year, she spent over two decades in senior marketing and communications roles at global companies including Mars, Diageo, and Kerry Group, and has lectured at UCD Smurfit Business School. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, she is committed to breaking menopause myths, reducing stigma, and supporting healthier, more inclusive workplace cultures.
