Louisa Meehan is an HR and workplace mediation specialist with over a decade of experience supporting organizations through people-related challenges. She is the founder of Woodview HRM, where she delivers flexible HR solutions ranging from employment contracts and HR policies to conflict resolution and workplace mediation. An accredited mediator with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland, Louisa is known for her practical, solution-focused approach that helps organizations resolve issues constructively and avoid costly formal processes. She also lectures part-time at University College Dublin in HRM and Organisational Behaviour.
