With nearly two decades in Omnicom leadership roles, she helped shape marketing strategies for global clients, including Apple, before leading one of the industry’s largest media agencies. Previously, Monica held senior leadership positions at TBWA\Chiat\Day, overseeing media strategy across North America and worldwide. An award-winning leader, she is known for combining data, creativity, and technology to deliver business growth and serves on the boards of Omnicom Media Group and The Paley Center for Media.
