Paulita is a multicultural marketing leader, keynote speaker, and business strategist known for helping brands connect authentically with diverse consumers. During her decade at Google, she served as Head of U.S. Multicultural, where she pioneered the company’s multicultural marketing efforts and founded the U.S. Multicultural Consumer team. Under her leadership, Google developed innovative programs that helped Fortune 500 brands engage Hispanic, Black, Asian American, and LGBTQ+ audiences through culturally relevant campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Search, and Display. A passionate advocate for diversity, women in leadership, and Latinx professionals in technology, Paulita frequently speaks on multicultural marketing, digital media, and career development. She also advises startups on marketing, sales, strategy, and brand building. Paulita holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
