Sang Yoon is an acclaimed chef and restaurateur best known as the owner of Father’s Office and Lukshon in Los Angeles. After training in Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, New York, and Los Angeles, he transformed Father’s Office into a pioneering gastropub, earning national acclaim for its craft beer program and the legendary “Office Burger,” recognized by Esquire and the TODAY show. A leading voice in California cuisine and craft beer, Yoon has appeared as a guest judge on Top Chef and Top Chef Masters and has been featured in Food & Wine, USA Today, and NPR. In 2014, he partnered with pastry chef Sherry Yard to revive Los Angeles’ iconic Helms Bakery.
