Sasha Digiulian

Sasha is a world champion professional rock climber, entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker. A World Champion, four-time Pan American Champion, and three-time U.S. National Champion, she is one of the most accomplished climbers of her generation. DiGiulian made history as the first North American woman—and only the third woman worldwide—to climb a 5.14d (9a) route, and has completed dozens of first ascents and first female ascents on some of the world’s most challenging climbs. A graduate of Columbia University, she is also the Founder and CEO of SEND BARS, a plant-based protein bar company, and the author of Take the Lead: Hanging On, Letting Go, and Conquering Life’s Hardest Climbs. Through her writing, board service, and advocacy for organizations focused on outdoor access, youth development, and climate action, DiGiulian inspires audiences to embrace resilience, leadership, and purposeful adventure.
