Stephanieis a James Beard Award-winning chef, restaurateur, and the first female winner of Bravo’s Top Chef. After training at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and working under acclaimed chefs in Chicago, she opened her first restaurant, Scylla, in 2004. She rose to national prominence following her Top Chef victory, leading to the opening of the celebrated Girl & the Goat in Chicago’s West Loop in 2010. She later expanded the acclaimed Goat restaurant family with Little Goat Diner and additional concepts, earning widespread recognition for her bold, globally inspired cuisine and innovative approach to modern American dining
